How do I return an item?
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by lwgatz.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. See exceptions to this policy below. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. For sanitary reasons, please try items on over your own under garments. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
lwgatz.com does not accept returns of the following items:
Orders Returned After 14 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 14 days ago will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, email our Customer Service Center to request a replacement (service@lwgatz.com). If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item per the General Return policy above and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Packing and Shipping your return:
Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift and you do not have the packing slip, you can also return it via email to our Customer Service Center (service@lwgatz.com); however, you will first need to get the order number from the person who purchased the gift for you.
If you are returning a faulty or broken item or shipped to you as a result of our error, we will arrange for return shipping at our cost. If you are returning an item that is not faulty or broken, nor was shipped to you as a result of our error, it is your responsibility to arrange for return shipment per our General Returns policy.
